Adhesives

DEGALAN® binders and resins are trusted solutions for the adhesives industry.

Our portfolio supports heat sealing applications, reactive hotmelts, and cyanoacrylate (super glue) adhesives.

DEGALAN Reactive Hotmelt

Acrylic Binders for 1K PUR

The DEGALAN® AD series consists of MMA and n-BUMA based binders for one-component reactive hotmelts (moisture-curable). These polymers are designed to enhance reactive hotmelt performance in woodworking applications, including multi-layer composites, honeycomb structures for furniture and doors, as well as bookbinding.

The product range offers a broad variation in viscosity, molecular weight, glass transition temperature, and acid number, enabling tailored solutions for specific needs.

Key Advantages of DEGALAN® AD Series*

  • Improved hot tack

  • Extended open time

  • Reduced viscosity

  • Higher initial mechanical resistance

  • Acid or hydroxyl functionality

* Compared to non-acrylic-modified RHM systems
